Is the founder of Namibian Independent Researcher project and author of ‘Different Worlds 2012’, ‘Erilaiset Maailmat’ and ‘Things Around Us’ 2015. Niinkoti has studied fashion designing at South West Finland Institute for Art, Craft and design, system administration at Raisio Adult Education Center and management development at Turku School of Economics. Aini worked at Nokia as an operator, quality assurance, x-ray controller and incoming quality controller after Nokia she found her own project as an independent researcher and kept her father's legacy alive. The project has achieved many expected results and progressing towards the project's own values and vision.
